Joint Trust Warehouse is a warehouse building located in the south of Zhabei of Shanghai. It was a joint warehouse owned by Continental Bank and the four northern banks (Kincheng Bank, China & South Sea Bank, Continental Bank, Yien Yieh Commercial Bank). During the Battle of Shanghai, 452 Kuomintang soldiers stationed here to resist the Japanese attack. On Sept.3, 1985, Shanghai Municipal Commission for the Administration of Cultural Heritage officially named it "Memorial Site of 800 Anti-Japanese Heroes at Joint Trust Warehouse".
