Pasupathi, who is from India, donates blood at the Shanghai Blood Center during a Halloween Blood Drive yesterday. A total of 57 foreigners donated 79 units of blood and 12 units of platelet. To encourage more foreigners to donate blood, the center recruited bilingual volunteers, streamlined procedures and installed more English signs.
