Built around the core concept of “Building a Thriving Market with Culture and a Prosperous City with Arts,” it has transformed into a historic preservation area that integrates culture, commerce, and art. Through urban renewal campaign, the block has enhanced its overall aesthetic, optimized its commercial layout, and created public cultural space that regularly host arts and cultural activities for the public good. The neighborhood is now home to unique spaces that merge creativity, art, and daily life.
