Introduction：
The Head of Huangpu River is located in Dongxia Village, Shihudang Town. The scenic area features the converging waters of Xietang and Yuanxiejing Rivers winding from Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, which flow into Huangpu River through Hengliaojing. This confluence of three rivers nurtures endless Jiangnan watertown scenery, hence the name “Head of Huangpu River.” At the “Zero Kilometer Point of Huangpu River,” visitors can witness the spectacular collision of tidal currents from the three converging rivers. Passing by the “Shuliu Liyun” Pagoda and looking eastward, one can view Huangpu River in the distance. The open vista makes this an excellent location for sunrise viewing.
