Introduction:
From 1918 to 1925, this location served as Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s primary residence in Shanghai, where he completed several important works including The Doctrine of Sun Wen and The International Development of China, while receiving numerous distinguished domestic and international visitors, including members of the Communist Party of China and representatives of the Communist International. The residence has been meticulously restored to recreate the actual living environment of Dr. Sun Yat-sen and Soong Ching Ling during the 1920s—the interior arrangement strictly follows Soong Ching Ling’s personal recollections, with most displayed items being original artifacts, faithfully reconstructing the historical living conditions.
