Introduction: The Memorial Hall of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), located at No. 374 South Huangpi Road, Huangpu District, Shanghai, is a National Firs-Grade Museum, a National AAAAA-rated Tourist Attraction, a National Patriotic Education Demonstration Base, a National Clean Government Education Base and a National Defense Education Base. The memorial hall comprises the Site of the First National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party (Site of the First CPC National Congress), an oath hall and a new pavilion. The Site of the First CPC National Congress, first built in the fall of 1920, is a typical Shikumen-style building. It was officially opened to the public in 1952 upon repair. The new pavilion broke ground on August 31, 2019 and opened on June 3, 2021. The memorial hall now houses about 128,000 artifacts which present the crucial early stage of the CPC.
