Formerly known as the Qianshuiwan Cultural and Arts Center, the Dream Hall was designed with an international concept. It primarily hosts musical performances and is also used for corporate and public events. The hall spans B1 to 1F; the stage area is approximately 200 m2 and the audience area about 1,000 m2. It can accommodate up to 1,000 people standing, or 713 seated.
