Urban Transportation Expo: Shaping the Future of Smart Mobility

2025-12-17

The 2025 Shanghai International Urban Transportation Expo will kick off at the Shanghai New International Expo Center tomorrow.

Themed "Diversity and Inclusion for an Intelligent Future," the three-day event will integrate the China International Bus Expo (CIBE) and the Shanghai International Advanced Rail Transit Technology Exhibition (ARTS) to amplify cross-field synergy and propel the modernization of China's public transport system to new heights.

Spanning nearly 20,000 square meters, the expo will feature exhibits from diverse sectors, including rail transit, smart public transport, green buses, new energy, autonomous driving, and intelligent operation and maintenance. It will form an innovative exhibition matrix across systems, scenarios, and business formats.

Visitors can explore the full-cycle innovation of public transport through a comprehensive industrial chain display, covering planning and design, key equipment, intelligent manufacturing, infrastructure construction, smart dispatching, intelligent operation and maintenance, and passenger services.

Leading industry players, such as Yutong, five subsidiaries of CRRC, BYD, Huawei and CATL, will gather on the same platform to showcase their latest products and solutions at the expo, which is expected to welcome visitors and business partners from over 60 countries and regions.

As an international open platform, the expo enables domestic enterprises to "connect with the world without leaving China", facilitating in-depth docking with overseas purchasers, investors, and partners directly at the event.
