Free fitness community FitFam is hosting a rooftop event near one of Shanghai's iconic landmarks where participants will sweat, connect and celebrate International Women's Day together regardless of their genders.

The energizing event is sponsored by ŌRA Wellness Collective which will also offer Breathwork classes vouchers.

This HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workout will feature an all-star leadership team, with the beautiful Bund in the background.

Just wear your FitFam T-shirt or tank and bring a yoga mat to the Bund Finance Center this Saturday to join the 1-1/2-hour event which is limited to 150 participants of all genders.
