Century Park

Enter the park through Gate 6 and take a walk toward Fenghe Bridge. Around 4,000 square meters of lotus flowers are in full bloom. Wide green lotus leaves spread across the lake like plates, with glistening raindrops rolling gently on their surfaces.
Pale pink and white lotus flowers stand gracefully above the water. Raindrops still cling to their petals, making the flowers look soft and fresh. When the wind blows, a gentle lotus scent floats through the air.

Gu Hua Garden

Visit Guhua Garden to enjoy beautiful summer lotus flowers. After rainfall, the pond looks extra fresh with bright green lotus leaves. Ancient pavilions and winding bridges surround the water, and the fragrance of lotus drifts with the wind.
Thick layers of green leaves cover the pond. Large leaves hold shiny raindrops, which fall into the water with soft sounds when the wind comes.

Shanghai Botanical Garden

Head to the Fern Garden, west of the Botanical Building. You can find a special double-petal lotus variety called *Pizhen Fen*. It has long, narrow petals. This lotus starts blooming in June and flowers for around two months.
In the pond in the Magnolia Garden, *Yimeng Song* is blooming beautifully. It is a large red double-petal lotus with colors shifting between purplish pink and bright red. It blooms from mid-summer to early autumn and creates wonderful scenery along the pond.
Near the lake by the Orchid House grows the famous traditional lotus *West Lake Red Lotus*. It is a large single-petal lotus with bright pure red petals, well-known as the classic lotus of West Lake.
Jiabei Countryside Park

Hundreds of mu of lotus flowers are blooming widely in Jiabei Country Park, forming a fresh summer landscape unique to Jiading.
Walk beside the ponds. Layers of green leaves surround pink and white lotus blossoms. Green young seed pods hang down, adding special charm to the view.
There are viewing pavilions and wooden paths by the water. Visitors can enjoy the scenery from the pavilions or walk along the paths to watch the lotus flowers up close.
Lianhu Village
