[Quick News] Big Update, Alipay Expands Card Access Further...

New International Cards Accepted

Big news for you, folks. Starting earlier this week on Feb 25, if you've got an American Express card (and we know a lot of you do), you can now link it to Alipay in China. Yes, you read that right – Alipay. If you've ever been to China, you know how essential Alipay is, and now, it's about to get even more convenient for international visitors.

This is a win for Alipay, and it's a big step forward for making payment options easier for people traveling to China. The People's Bank of China, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, and other key players are all involved in making this happen.

New Here?

How does it work? Simple. Download the Alipay app, link your overseas American Express card, and you're good to go. You probably already have Alipay set up, but if not, here's a quick guide on how to connect your international cards. It's an easy process, and you'll be all set in no time. Check mobile payments in China.

Enjoy, and as always, keep an eye out for more updates!.

Just got here, what's Alipay?

So, here's the deal with Alipay in China – it's pretty much got everything you could need. You can book rides, get tickets to tourist spots, use public transport – you name it. But it doesn't stop there. You can also rent power banks, grab a bite at some great restaurants, shop, and just have a good time –all through one app. It's honestly super convenient.

And get this – Alipay even helps you with tax refunds. Yep, you can claim your tax refunds right through the app. Can't really say I'd show anyone my own tax refunds, but they're pretty good. It's a game-changer, no doubt about it. Really makes life easier while you're traveling around.
