SHENWAVE Music Festival, Shanghai's newest original music festival, will make its debut on May 2 at the Sunland Boundless Park.

The inaugural edition features a special headlining performance by renowned Italian electronic music artist Anyma, presenting his brand-new audiovisual project "AEDEN."

As a China-original music festival IP rooted in Shanghai and with a global outlook, SHENWAVE brings together cutting-edge electronic music and immersive artistry.

Anyma, whose real name is Matteo Milleri, is a highly influential figure in contemporary electronic music. He is a core member of the iconic duo Tale Of Us and founder of Afterlife Records, a label known for merging melodic techno with visual art.

He has continuously explored the boundaries between digital technology and human senses, delivering groundbreaking performances at London's legendary nightclub Printworks, becoming the first electronic artist to headline a solo show at the Las Vegas Sphere, and selling out massive shows at the Pyramids of Giza in Egypt and in Tulum, Mexico.

His latest project, "AEDEN," evolves from his previous "GENESYS" trilogy, opening a new chapter in audiovisual art. It blends sci-fi futurism with ancient mythological imagery, creating an immersive world where sound, visuals, and space are redefined.

The Shanghai performance marks a historic moment. It will be the first stop of Anyma's post-Coachella tour, following his global debut at the world's largest comprehensive music festival, Coachella, in April 2026. Shanghai is the only stop in China.
