The Tartaba Market will be making its first appearance in China, travelling around different cities to showcase ciabatta and tarts. And they will be making a stop at Shanghai from March 26 to 29 at Longhu Minhang Paradise Walk.

At this fair, you can try the crispy and soft ciabatta and flavorful tarts, and also observe how it has been adopted and integrated itself into some of the Chinese cuisines. Some people would even consider the ciabatta filled with seasoned meat to be the Chinese-style burger.

Additionally, for this stop in Shanghai, there will be a couple of surprises waiting in store for you, such as the debut of a Yangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) medicinal bread, as well as a team from Hong Kong preparing their special refreshing milk tea with their own unique recipe!
