Shanghai's 1000 Trees Cherry Blossom Season continues through April 19, adding springtime activities to Suzhou Creek. The event is taking place on a 900-meter waterfront trail with cherry blossom rows and creek views, one of the city's most scenic seasonal settings.

A lively weekend market with over 30 stalls selling creative products, handicrafts, snacks, plants and pet-related goods will be held in the coming weeks. The market will be open April 4-6, 10-12 and 17-19, making it a viable choice for the Qingming Festival holiday and weekends.

Another highlight is the cherry blossom cruise along the Suzhou Creek, which gives visitors the chance to take in the spring scenery from the water. A range of themed sailings will be available, including afternoon tea, evening dining and pet-friendly options.

Among the most anticipated features of the event are the waterfront music performances scheduled for April 4-6 and April 11. Presented as linked performances on both the river and the shore, these special concerts are set to bring an added sense of energy and immersion to the cherry blossom celebrations, blending live music with the springtime backdrop of the Suzhou Creek.

Date: Through April 19
