Bakery-Themed Crayon Shin-chan and Peko & Poko Collaboration Lands at LaLaport

2026-01-08

Crayon Shin-chan is a Japanese anime beloved around the world, while Fujiya, founded in 1910, is one of Japan's most iconic sweets brands. Its fruit lollipops, in particular, are among the most popular candies with Chinese consumers.

Now, Crayon Shin-chan and Peko & Poko are teaming up for their first-ever crossover collaboration at LaLaport Shanghai, complete with the snack house bakery pop-up. Why not come and join the fun?

Step into the first-floor central atrium of LaLaport and enter the snack house bakery, and it feels as if you've instantly fallen into a bakery-themed universe shared by Crayon Shin-chan and Peko & Poko.

Shiro, Shin-chan's dog, wearing a chef's hat, is dutifully squatting, waiting for Shin-chan, while Peko and Poko also don baker's uniforms to welcome visitors.

Look around and you'll spot a giant oven, with Shin-chan in his classic pose sprawled out on top and peeking out, while Peko stands on a side platform, hands on her hips, "supervising" the scene. Warm, bright tones fill the entire space, and every angle is bursting with cuteness. Standing here feels like stepping straight back into childhood.

In addition, the event features a range of collaboration-exclusive merchandise making its nationwide debut, including stickers, canvas tote bags, plush toys, and more. Each item incorporates bakery-themed designs, combining visual appeal with everyday practicality.
