As the 2026 Spring Festival approaches, Shanghai's brand-new cultural IP "Cute Masters of Shanghai" was unveiled, bringing together the city's animal stars.

The five animals are Internet stars from Shanghai's top attractions, beloved to millions of netizens.

Piao Piao, a pony with fluffy golden hair, runs at Shanghai Wild Animal Park.

Piao Piao is a pony with fluffy golden hair and a signature white tuft on its forehead.

Residing at Shanghai Wild Animal Park, the pony serves as the "lucky messenger of the Year of the Horse," and will make a highlight appearance during the New Year exhibition at the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum.

Ding Ding is a chimpanzee from Shanghai Wild Animal Park.

Ding Ding, a chimpanzee from the park, is known as the "gymnastics prince" and "cool driver," riding his cute pink car around the park and winning countless fans.

Jun Jun and Mei Mei, the brown bear siblings from Shanghai Zoo, symbolize family bond and mutual support.

Offline, the IP is integrated into immersive tourism experiences, including Shanghai Pass privilege packs and special Spring Festival combo tickets, and themed double-decker sightseeing buses.

Themed pop-up stores will open in downtown commercial areas, taking tourists into the magic world of these animals. Their images will be displayed at Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport to welcome tourists from home and abroad.
