Opening this spring, the exhibition "Let Poetry Breathe Through Everything" brings the world of Chinese classic "The Book of Songs (诗经)" into a contemporary, immersive setting where ancient verses unfold through plants, seasons, and sensory experience. Rooted in one of China's oldest poetic traditions, the exhibition reimagines how classical literature can be felt, not just read.

Drawing from 28 poems and over 40 plant motifs found in the Shijing, the show transforms the gallery into a living garden of poetry. Rare books, delicate prints, and more than 90 contemporary artworks come together to trace the emotional language of nature, where a single branch or blossom once carried stories of longing, love, and the passage of time.

Original music compositions, digital installations, and interactive media reinterpret the rhythms of wind, insects, and changing seasons, connecting a three thousand year old text with today's sensory world. The experience feels less like reading history and more like stepping into a poetic landscape that unfolds around you.
