Introduction：
The Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Center, located at No. 100 Renmin Avenue, Huangpu District, is the first display venue featuring urban planning and development achievements in China. Open to the public in 2000, the Center is not only a national 4A-rated tourist attraction but also a platform for cultural education, with such titles as a National Popular Science Education Base and a Shanghai Popular Science Education Base. Upon its revamp in 2022, the Center comprehensively presented the vision of Shanghai to establish itself as an excellent global city and an international metropolis under the theme “Shanghai: Striving for the Excellent Global City.” The Center is reputed as an “urban window” due to its wealth of exhibits.
