The Shanghai Yimin Food No. 1 Factory History Exhibition Hall is located on the former site of Shanghai Yimin Food No. 1 Factory at No. 13 Xiangyanqiao Road, Hongkou District, Shanghai. The hall, covering a land area of 2,904 square meters and with a gross floor area of 2,320 square meters, includes a plant history pavilion, a restored Spanish-style house and a restored wooden cooling tower, among other landscapes. Since its opening in 2009, the hall has received many honorary titles, including Municipal Patriotic Education Base, Municipal Model Unit and Shanghai Municipal Volunteers Base, with wide praise from all sectors of society.
