Introduction： Xinyi Village is located in the southern part of Fengjing Town, Jinshan District, covering approximately 4.34 km2, with over 4,500 mu of arable land. In its development the village has gradually cultivated a distinctive cultural theme of “one person, one tree, one story”. Centered on this story culture, Xinyi Village has built a storytelling brand to promote comprehensive countryside development. Embracing the “mass innovation into the countryside” concept and leveraging platforms such as Fengjing Sci‑Tech Innovation Town and the Yangtze River Delta Roadshow Center, the village is creating an integrated pastoral complex that has nurtured a series of high‑quality agricultural innovation projects—such as kiwi and sesame bases, yellow‑peach orchards, pear gardens, pomegranate plots, and strawberry fields. In recent years Xinyi Village has earned multiple honors, including designation as a China Beautiful Leisure Village, a National Civilized Village, a National “One Village, One Product” Demonstration Village, and a National Rural Revitalization Demonstration Village.
