Introduction：
Haiwan Village is located at the southern end of Zhelin Town, Fengxian District, and was formed by merging the former Xiwang and Fenghai villages. The village covers approximately 3.66 km2. Committed to developing a modern rural collective economy, Haiwan Village has achieved steady growth by optimizing industrial layout, revitalizing idle resources, and promoting industrial upgrading. Leveraging local industries such as Anyway agricultural products, Xiwan Farm, Letian Farm, and Anshishang Organic Produce, the village has created a large-scale pastoral complex and a concentrated area for leisure agriculture. In addition, through river management and improvements to rural living environments, the village has achieved tidy riverbanks and clear waterways, enhancing its ecological feature. In recent years Haiwan village has received multiple honors, including recognition as one of China’s Most Beautiful Leisure Villages and as a Shanghai Model Beautiful Village.
