3月20日起，各地文化和旅遊行政部門恢復對涉外營業性演出的受理和審批

3月16日，文化和旅遊部市場管理司印發《關於優化涉外營業性演出管理政策的通知》。為貫徹落實黨中央、國務院決策部署，更好服務我國經濟社會發展，推動演出市場加快恢復，根據國務院聯防聯控機制有關工作要求，經研究決定，自2023年3月20日起，各地文化和旅遊行政部門恢復對涉外營業性演出的受理和審批。通知要求，各地要繼續加強對營業性演出活動的審核把關，督促演出舉辦單位執行“乙類乙管”後的疫情防控措施，持續推動演出市場繁榮發展，更好滿足人民群眾精神文化需求。
