Hyatt on the Bund's Array of Festive Delicacies

The Christmas and New Year festive season is the best time for guests to experience special offers and seasonal treats at Hyatt on the Bund and, right now, its talented chefs are in the midst of preparing a series of scrumptious delicacies.

VUE Restaurant will start the festive brunch with a glass of aromatic Perrier Jouët. Classic delicacies will be specially prepared at tableside using only the freshest ingredients and will feature more than 40 dishes, including fresh seafood, turkey rolls, lobster bisque, signature risotto, festive caviar, sous vide cooked goose leg, braised venison, seasonal desserts and more. These will allow guests to enjoy the delectable taste of continental European cuisine. The Christmas gourmet dinner menu will be specially created by Chef Patric Gigele for Christmas Eve while a living cooking parade will be held on New Year’s Eve to provide guests with a delightful dining experience.

During the season, guests will also be able to discover authentic Chinese and Shanghainese cuisine at Xindalu-China Kitchen, savor the international buffet at Aroma or enjoy traditional hand-made dim sums and marvel at the 270-degree views of the Huangpu River at VUE Dining. The New Year’s Eve Champagne Countdown Party at VUE Bar on New Year’s Eve will be the highlight of this festive season and guests will be able to welcome the year 2018 in a festive atmosphere and enjoy free-flowing Mumm Champagne.

All guests will have the chance of winning special prizes including a MacBook Air, iPhone 8, Apple watch, Perrier Jouët Champagne and two-night stays at Hyatt hotels around the world.

This festive season, Hyatt on the Bund will continue its charity program, collaborating with the World of Art Brut Culture (WABC) organization to sell cookie tins painted by mentally disabled people. These tins will be available for purchase, with 5% of the price being donated to the WABC. These donations will be used for educational programs for people with special needs, offering them opportunities to display their artistic talent.
