Clause I  About the clauses

1,  Contents
Service in detail is provided in the light of actual circumstances by Shanghai Municipal Tourism Administration which has the final right to interpret.

Other relative web service is also provided. In case the member is willing to accept this web service, the equipment will be provided by the member, like PC, mobile phone and other devices accessed to the internet or mobile telecommunication net, and the cost will also be borne by himself, like telephone and web fee for internet access, mobile phone fee for mobile telecommunication net access.

2,  Modification
Shanghai Municipal Tourism Administration has the right to modify the clauses if necessary. Once it is modified, it will be notified in proper way by Shanghai Municipal Tourism Administration. 
Providing that the member does not agree with the modification, he can annul his membership; providing that the member continues to use the service, he will be considered accepting the modification.

3,  Modification or breach of details
Due to the specific characteristics of web service, Shanghai Municipal Tourism Administration reserves the right to modify or breach part or all of the service in detail at any time without notifying the member or the third party.

Clause II  About the member

1,  Rights and obligations
(1)  The member has the right to use all the website service according to the procedure and requisition stipulated by Shanghai Municipal Tourism Administration. With any dissenting view, the member should not hesitate to contact with Shanghai Municipal Tourism Administration.

(2)  Acurate registration information must be submitted in application. Any change must be timely updated.

(3)  The member must obey national laws and regulations of the country when publishing information on the website or using the website service. The member must promise that information as follows will not be published:

A .  Objecting to basic principles of the Constitution;
B .  Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting the state power, undermining unity of the country;
C .  Harming the honour or interests of the country;
D .  Inciting national enmity or discrimination, undermining national unity;
E .  Undermining national religious policy, preaching weird religion and superstition;
F .  Spreading rumours, disturbing public order, disrupting social stability;
G .  Spreading obscene, eroticism, gambling, violence, murder, intimidation or instigating another to commit a crime;
H .  Humiliating or slandering others, harming other’s lawful rights and interests;
I .   Others forbidden by laws and regulations.

(4) The member should not undertake activities as follows by employing service of the website:

A .  Without permission, entering the computer information system or using its resource;
B .  Without permission, canceling, altering or increasing the computer information system function;
C .  Without permission, canceling, altering or increasing the data and application programs stored, handled or transmitted by the computer information system;
D .  Intentionally creating or spreading destructive programs such as the computer viruses;
E .  Other activities endangering the computer information system security.

(5) If the member’s rights and obligations above are disobeyed, to alleviate the negative influence resulted from his improper action, Shanghai Municipal Tourism Administration has the right to demand correction or directly take all the necessary measures including but not limited to changing or canceling the published information, interrupting or terminating the member’s right to use the website, etc.

2,  Account and password
After successful registration, you can get an account together with the password. It shall be properly kept. You shall be responsible for all the activities and events in the name of the account. "www.meet-in-shanghai.net" should not be responsible for the illegal usage of the account and password due to the hacker or the member’s carelessness. Upon illegal usage or any other bug is found, please do not hesitate to contact Shanghai Municipal Tourism Administration. 
            
3,  Privacy protection
Shanghai Municipal Tourism Administration respects the member’s privacy and will not publicize, edit or divulge any member’s private information and non-public information stored in the website while the member is using web service except:

(1)  Obtaining the member’s definite authorization in advance;          
(2)  Following reasonable request of correlative government department in charge;
(3)  Maintaining public rights and interests;
(4)  Following other lawful requests.

Clause III  Intellectual property

Any text, picture, image, sound or video provided by Shanghai Municipal Tourism Administration is protected by laws and regulations such as copyright, trademark, etc. Without Shanghai Municipal Tourism Administration’s consent in advance, any individual or enterprise or institution should not use them for business purpose. All the information or any part of the information can be stored in one computer only for individual or non-commercial purpose. 
All the rights of any applied software belong to the copyright owner, including but not limited to any text, image, sound or video and its assistant data. Without his consent, any one may not reverse projecting, translating and editing or collecting.

Clause IV,  Disclaimation

1.  Direct, indirect, occasional, exceptional or consequent harm resulted from any member’s improper or illegal usage of the website service, dealing on the website, or changing transferred information;
2.  Any infimidatory, calumniatory, obscene, disgustful or illegal content or action, or other’s right prejudice including intellectual property; any content sent by or included in the service by the third party;
3.  The member definitely accepts risk of the service provided by "www.meet-in-shanghai.net " or other web service by Shanghai Municipal Tourism Administrative Commission;
4.  Any service interruption or other limitation due to force majeure or other controllable reason; but therefore harm and bad effect will be trying reducing.
5.  any guarantee of the web service including but not limited to,
(1)  Satisfaction of all the members’ wants;
(2)  Non-interruption;
(3)  Prompt, security and accuracy

But Shanghai Municipal Tourism Administration can give legal exceptional guarantee.

Clause V  Others

1,  Interruption or termination of service
Shanghai Municipal Tourism Administration has right to interrupt or terminate any service mentioned in the clauses at any moment and will not be responsible for the member or the third party in case of,
(1)  Feigned member information;
(2)  Disobeying this clause or non fulfillment of obligation.

In addition, the member can demand his membership termination at any moment. Upon the termination, the member’s other right is also terminated. Since the termination takes effect, "www.meet-in-shanghai.net " should not be responsible for this member.

2,  Compensation
The member agrees to compensate Shanghai Municipal Tourism Administration, its 
correlative enterprises or the staff for any dispute, suit or claim from the third party due to the
member and try avoiding harm. A retaining fee should be included. 
                         
3,  Laws
The effectiveness, interpretation and implementation of the clauses are also applicable for laws in China. Any dispute should be submitted to correlative people’s court.

Titles in the clauses are only for the sake of convenience and should be neglected in interpretation.
