The World Expo 2010 Shanghai China closed on Oct. 31, 2010. During the 184 days, the Expo received a total number of 73,084,000 visitors, a daily average of about 400,000. China National Pavilion hosted nearly 9.3 million visitors. 101 delegations of foreign heads of state and government visited the Expo. The Press Center of the Expo received 186,000 Chinese and foreign journalists, and it also provided service for nearly 400 exhibitors' press liaison officers, 288 official functions and 198 media delegations. 79,965 volunteers worked at the World Expo Park.
