After more than half a year of closed construction, the water forest of Qingxi Suburban Park has recently reopened to the public!

These days, the stunning Metasequoia leaves are gradually turning red, and the reeds have also entered their best viewing period. The autumn scenery of Qingxi Suburban Park is absolutely beautiful and worth a visit!

Qingxi Country Park is located on the southwest side of Qingpu District, adjacent to Dalianshui Lake and Lianhu Village. It is a combination of village and park, and also the only suburban park in Shanghai with wetlands as its main feature. Half of the park is covered by water, offering picturesque views, including water forests, herons in the cedar forest, serene wild paths, wetland bay weirs, and mysterious reed-covered trails.

Every year in late autumn and early winter, visiting the "water cedar forest" in Qingxi Country Park has become a great joy for the people of Shanghai.

From above, the vibrant colors of the trees and the blending of forest and water create a beautiful and enchanting scene, like a fairyland. The more than 60 acres of water forest gradually shed their green coats and put on the "Merlot" color scheme, shining beautifully under the sunlight, captivating and intoxicating.

In the late autumn and early winter, the water forest is adorned with pond cypresses in light green, light red, deep yellow, orange-red, and reddish-brown, creating one stunning masterpiece after another, each of which is definitely worthy of being showcased in your social media circle.
